Upon receipt of your order, please check your parts and paperwork. If you would like to make a claim regarding pricing errors, shortages, or defective products, you will need to do so within 30 days of the invoice issue date.


In order to return product(s) you will need to provide the relevant authorised RMA number issued by Milcraft Ltd. We cannot process returns without it.


To ensure a fast and hassle-free experience, we recommend you use a fully insured and trackable shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express, or a similar company. Milcraft Ltd does not claim responsibility for items that are damaged, lost, or misdirected in transportation.
